Many of our customers need various types of deburring finishes applied to their components after the laser cutting or turret punching process. In order to meet all our customers' needs, we have two types of machines available for use.
Fladder Dry Deburring
Although the Fladder deburring machine is not able to grain stainless steel, its capabilities include the removal of all sharp edges left over from laser cutting or turret punching components.
Even PVC-coated materials are successfully deburred with our dry deburring equipment, and the PVC coating remains completely undamaged afterwards. The Fladder can also deburr turret-punched components with various 3D forms such as louvres, embosses and earth tags without any damage.
ARKU Edge Rounding System
Our edge rounding system can provide superior finishing to aluminium components.
