Our Multi-Axis Press Brake Machine
A multi-axis press brake machine is designed to bend sheet metal and sheet metal components into various designs and profiles with excellent precision.
We have three of the most versatile, technologically advanced press brakes available to perform a multitude of required tasks and, more fully, be of service to our customers. Our press brakes are the Amada HFB 8025 Hybrid Multi-Axis Press Brake, Amada HG10030 with it's ACT tool changer, and the LVD PPEB 135ton Multi-Axis Press Brake.
Less sophisticated press brakes can only handle one bending task at a time, requiring a time-consuming tooling change between each bending operation. Our advanced equipment gives us the capacity to set up multiple tools down the press brake beam so that multiple bending operations can be undertaken on each job without the downtime of a single-handed operation.
This saves machine operator time, thereby reducing costs for our customers.
