Currently, we run two Turret Punching machines:

Amada Vipros 255 (pictured right) - with a workable sheet size 1200 x 1270 with auto-reposition, this brilliant

machine provides:

 

• maximum material thickness 6.0mm;
• 1000 hits/minute punching rate;
• accurate to within + 0.01mm.

Amada Aries 245 - the Aries has a workable sheet size of 1200 x 1000 with auto-reposition.

• maximum material thickness 4.5mm;
• 375 hits/minute punching rate;
• accurate to within + 0.01mm.

Our Accuracy Guarantee

As you might know, these machines are so accurate that we can guarantee the accuracy of every single part and component we manufacture.

Our highly efficient CAD/CAM system downloads CAD designs, and their subsequent CAM programs into the machine controls.

From there, our experienced and expert operator loads the correct tools, places the sheet on the table, and the machine goes to work on your job.
