Here at Samin, we're totally committed to ensuring you receive the absolute best in service and quality.
To ensure this, we have a long running Quality Assurance Program that includes the following:
A guarantee that you receive your order, as specified, on the due date.
A streamlined system which can accept orders via phone, fax, in person or via e-mail for delivery to meet your deadlines.
Samin Says It's Simple
You will find working with Samin as simple as this:
- You request a quotation from Samin - our designers can work from your prototype, your own sketches, or technical drawings on paper or in a CAD format.
- On your acceptance of the designs and our quotation, your order can be placed by e-mail, fax, post or by hand.
- Samin Administration Staff will process your order, checking every detail against the original quotation.
- At this stage you can expect to receive an acknowledgement of your order from us, reconfirming:
- Part identification and Specifications,
- Price,
- Delivery Address,
- Deadline and any
- Other important information.
- A Job Traveller will now be created and your drawings attached from the original quote. With this system in place Samin can pinpoint where your job is in the production process at any time.
- The Job Traveller is then processed by the Production Foreman and manufacturing begins.
- You accept delivery of your order with all the follow up administration taken care of.
