Our state-of-the-art lathe and mill equipment is able to create a variety of components large and small from mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and more.
These components can be integrated into a complex assembly during manufacture or we can simply supply individual components to our customers.
METAL LATHE
Our metal lathe equipment is able to meet the needs of a broad range of sizes from the smallest 0.31 mm diameter and 0.81 mm length, to 304.8 mm diameters and 44.45 mm lengths. We can also accommodate a wide variety of sizes from the simple to the complex, including cylindrical and conical shapes.
We can work with many metal types, including aluminium, brass, stainless steel and more.
TURRET MILL
Our expert team has the knowledge, training and experience to take even the most intricate of designs and make them a reality.
Our turret mill is efficient in creating keyholes, slots, pockets, fluted ends, irregular shapes and many other designs that need precision and a full attention to detail.
