OUR FULLY AUTOMATED EQUIPMENT
We use a fully automated, robotic load/unload AMADA Turret Punching Cell. Like the laser cutter, it too is capable of operating 24-hours a day for large volume orders, meaning that products can be done more quickly without sacrificing any of the quality Samin offers.
HOW IT WORKS
The turret punch machine works by coordinating punching tools of various different designs and shapes to punch holes in a sheet, which then combine to cut out the required component shape. Virtually any profile can be repeated with the highest levels of accuracy even in a lights out/unmanned working environment, which helps us complete projects on time and achieve your delivery objectives.
Once set up, the turret runs by itself with new metal sheets automatically being fed into the turret punch. Completed components are then collected, ready for further work such as bending, welding, inserting, powder coating or anodising as required.
Several jobs can run at the same time and are programmed into the overall cutting design process, and the turret can work with many different materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass and plastics.
