OUR MULTI AXIS PRESS BRAKE MACHINE
A multi axis press brake machine is designed to bend sheet metal and sheet metal components into various designs and profiles with excellent precision.
We have three of the most versatile, technologically advanced press brakes available in order to perform a multitude of required tasks and more fully be of services to our customers. Our press brakes are the Amada HFB 8025 Hybrid Multi Axis Press Brake, the Komatsu PAS 8025 Servo Multi Axis Press Brake and the LVD PPEB 135ton Multi Axis Press Brake.
Less sophisticated press brakes can only handle one bending task at a time, requiring a time-consuming tooling change between each bending operation. Our advanced equipment gives us the capacity to set up multiple tools down the press brake beam so that multiple bending operations can be undertaken on each job without the downtime of a single-handed operation.
This saves on machine operator time, thereby reducing costs for our customers.
