Our extensive background and investment in R&D Technology means our designers and operators are equipped to work with you, first to understand your product or desired outcome, and then to develop drawings, discuss materials and decide the manufacturing techniques to be used.

Translate Ideas Into Finished Product

Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) is the tool our designers use to translate your ideas into the finished product, via Computer Aided Machining (CAM).

This is the all-important stage where components begin the actual manufacturing process - being ‘layed out’ using CAD software and then transferred to the CAM software, allowing the operators to select tools and write programs for our precision equipment.

If you are supplying drawings in electronic formats, we can go straight to work from a 3.5” floppy disk/CD or email with a DXF, IGS or AutoCAD DWG file.

Supplying your own drawings will, of course, saves us time in the manufacturing process (and save you money).
