Welding services are provided by Samin either as part of a larger component manufacturing process, or stand alone. When welding is required as part of the manufacturing process for your component or part, all the required information for correct assembly will be included in the CAD/CAM design and manufacturing process

Tig Welding - typically used for welding stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel, this is a very neat and clean process

Mig Welding - not as clean as Tig Welding, this method is used for stainless steel, and is the most common form of welding for mild steel

CD Stud Welding - used to weld threaded studs onto mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium

Spot Welding - as the name suggests, this process is used to 'spot weld' two pieces of material together, (usually mild steel or stainless steel), and is so neat it can often not be detected under painwork
