Currently, we run two Turret Punching machines

Amada Aries 245 - workable sheet size 1200 x 100 with auto-reposition; maximum material thickness 4.5mm; 375 hits/minute punching rate; accurate to within +0.01mm

With these machines, we can guarantee the accuracy of every part and component we manufacture

Our highly efficient CAD/CAM system downloads CAD designs, and their subsequent CAM programs into the machine controls. From there, the operator loads the correct tools, places the sheet on the table and the machine goes to work on your job
